Therapist

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with nearly 20 years of experience supporting adults through life transitions, stress, and anxiety. I offer individual therapy that is client-centered and trauma-informed, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support both short-term goals and deeper, long-term growth. My style is warm, direct, and empowering—I provide a safe space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported in creating meaningful change.

I also offer Wellness Coaching, the 8 Dimensions of Wellness: emotional, physical, occupational, intellectual, social, spiritual, environmental, and financial well-being. This holistic approach helps you identify and strengthen areas of your life that contribute to overall balance and fulfillment. Through collaborative, goal-oriented sessions, we’ll work together to build resilience, reduce stress, and create sustainable habits that support the life you want.
